Must Know Reports

Learn how to see a commission is a new purchase, renewal, or a refund

New Purchase / Renewal

  • From your Affiliate Dashboard, click Reports > Commissions
  • Click the pencil icon to edit the view
  • Scroll to find ‘Extra Data 5’ and select it
  • Click save

Next to the commission you’ll see the purchase type: New / Renewal (renewals get a lower commission than new purchase)

Refunds

  • From your Affiliate Dashboard, click Reports > Commissions
  • Click the pencil icon to edit the view
  • Scroll to find ‘Type’ and select it
  • Click save
  • Filter by refunds
